Veronica Cameron has been an NYC teacher for six years and currently teaches Statistics and Calculus in Brooklyn. She especially enjoys empowering children of color to be their best selves, in and out of the classroom.
Raised by Jamaican parents, Veronica cultivated a love for reading and adventure early in her life.
This love blossomed into an inevitable journey towards becoming an educator and writer. Now, she takes everyday learning adventures and transforms them into teachable moments for children through the colorful stories in her books.
In her free time, she enjoys cooking, karaoke, watching documentaries and connecting with close friends.
Horane Henry

Horane Henry is a detail-oriented individual who has a diverse background in creative arts, engineering and business management. With over a decade of experience in managing teams of various sizes and skillsets, launching new companies and products, he possesses the ability to create and deliver the best possible outcomes for customers and for the company. Throughout his career, Horane has successfully managed projects with value varying between $10 - $50 million.
Being raised by Jamaica parents, Horane was pushed to take education seriously.
In his spare time, Horane enjoys delving into creative projects through visual storytelling using a camera by being hobbyist photographer and videographer. Horane also enjoys spending time with friends and family and watching movies.
Cori Gordon

Cori Gordon has worked in operations management and people development for six years. She is a Logistics Director for Carmatic, a technology and experience company based in Long Island, New York. Throughout her professional career, Cori has managed departments with revenue exceeding $100 million. She has accomplished note-worthy accolades because of her successful mobilization of her teams and precise execution of strategy.
Raised by Jamaican parents, Cori learned the importance of education and self-empowerment from a young age.
The freedom her parents afforded her has allowed her to experience life in the most beautiful, fulfilling ways. Today she is committed to continual development and adventure.
In her free time, she enjoys replaying her favorite soundtracks (Frozen II is her absolute favorite), composing her own silly music, binge-watching episodes of The Office and supporting her friends and family in their endeavors.
